I love all that yellow poker detail in the foreground and would probably crop away half of the sky.

Wonderful composition with the foreground interest and the road leading the eye to the distance. All I would do is add a bit of pop or contrast with levels or Topaz Adjust 4.

It is a beautiful scene. What I think is really neat is how there is a distinct line separating left from right with the road, the gap between the hills, and the separation between the two types of plants in the foreground all falling on that line.

I wouldn't mess with the crop at all but might consider darkening the sky just a tad.
