I like this shot and it looks like it could be anywhere
What's not to like about this quiet peaceful scene. And since one can't make out the type of flag flying, as Gisele said, it could be anywhere.
Stone walls are wonderful. They are rare here but very common where I grew up so they make me think of my childhood.

The stone wall, the field of yellow flowers, the small red house, the pure blue sky--elemental colors and forms. It all works together well.
I too think it is well composed. I like the detail and clarity in the wall as well as the rest of the photo.
