Cement

In Visby (city of Gotland, Swedens biggest island) they put those in the street to stop cars from passing. The shape is from the sheep that comes from Gotland. They all have those big horns.

Who installs them - The car repair companies to drum up business? You'd need heaps of repairs if you hit one of those! LOL

Something like that in the middle of the street would certainly get my attention - a photo opportunity for sure!

At first I thought they were sand sculptures. Do they sit in the middle of the street? How cool to use art as traffic control!

What a wonderful idea to use these for the traffic.

I'll second the comment about a creative way to control traffic! so much more visually attractive than just a linear cement barrier.

I'd love to see how these work and where they sit in the street.

A great study in monotones and textures. An unusual street decoration.
