Depth of field, Scenic Sunday, SOOC Sunday

I walked on the Great Wall of China last week!! Impressive, hard to understand how they could build such a thing back then. It was quite misty that day so the sight was unfortunately limited

Amazing sight well framed. The mist adds to the moody feeling of the image.

Ah, that was my first impression when I looked at your pic! I didn't go with hubby and son that day, because I wanted to paint in the streets of Beijing! You have more luck - when they went there was a thick fog, so no pics:(

Awesome sight and quite the accomplishment. Guess they had alot of what they needed to build it...people!

How fortunate you were to be able to walk on this amazing structure. I can imagine the haziness must have been disappointing when you were there, but I think it actually make for a better photo. It adds a sense of depth and mystery.

Love your framing. With a billion people many hands make the work load light.
