Lots & Lots & Lots, SOOC Sunday

Everybody talks about the big amount of Chanterelles there in the wood so I though I might send someone out there as I cannot walk around that much yet
and..........

I agree, there were lots & lots of them  :-)  Guess I have some cleaning to do now...

I remember, back in Poland, when I was a kid, my dad used go to pick some mushrooms. He loved that. I on the other hand I'm lost when it comes to mashrooms. Don't know anything about them and don't know which one are good to eat and which are not...
Yours look awesome!!!

So many mushrooms for free!!!That alone would make them taste even better. So what's on the menu tonight?

Oh my! I am totally envious! Here in the US, chanterelles are easily $20 a pound!

Those look yummy. Love the photo in the basket with the weathered wood background. I have wondered what one would do with that theme but you have hit the mushroom on the head.

Gott om både blåbär och svamp men så gott om svamp som det var förra året är det inte i år...det var rekord förra året!
Men men det hinner ju komma...hela augusti kvar att växa på... :-)
3 liter blåbär blev det igår på bara en liten stund...

Have never had these...are they delicate flavored? How do you preserve such an abundant harvest? Your basket shot is a beautiful setup that really sets off the beautiful fungi.
